The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number of a data subject takes place in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations that apply to us. By means of this data protection declaration we would like to inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the personal data processed by us. Furthermore, this data protection declaration informs you about the rights to which you are entitled.

In general, it is not necessary for you to provide personal data in order to use our website. However, in order to be able to offer our services in individual cases, we may need your personal data, for example to send you test software and also to answer individual inquiries or to process purchases. If the processing of personal data is necessary and there is no legal basis for such processing, we generally obtain the consent of the person concerned.

We have implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure that the personal data processed via this website is protected as completely as possible.

Legal basis for processing personal data

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the person concerned for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as the legal basis. When processing personal data that is required to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR as the legal basis. In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. d GDPR as the legal basis. If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned do not outweigh the first interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR as the legal basis for processing.

Log files

When you access our website, your internet browser automatically transmits data to our web server. This includes browser type and version, operating system used, referring URL, name of the file accessed, amount of data transferred, date and time of access and your IP address. The collection and storage takes place exclusively in an anonymous or pseudonymised form and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you as a natural person. They are stored separately from other data that you enter when using our website. They are only evaluated for statistical purposes.

You can contact us directly using the contact forms on our website. We collect, process, store and use the contact details and information you provide via the form exclusively for processing your specific request. A transfer to third parties does not take place.

Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter . Further data is not collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the “Unsubscribe newsletter” link in the newsletter or by notifying the responsible person.

Deletion and blocking of personal data

We process and store personal data only for the period of time necessary to achieve the purpose of storage or if this has been provided for by the European directive and regulation giver or another legislator in laws or regulations to which we are subject.

If the purpose of storage no longer applies or if a storage period stipulated by the European legislator for directives and regulations or another competent legislator expires, the personal data will be blocked or deleted as a matter of routine and in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Rights of the data subject

You will receive free information about your data stored by us at any time without giving reasons. You can revoke the consent given to us for data collection and use at any time without giving reasons; data processing remains lawful until the time of revocation. You can also have the data we have collected blocked, corrected or deleted at any time, provided that this does not conflict with other legal regulations.
