Furthermore, this data protection declaration informs you about the rights to which you are entitled.

In general, it is not necessary for you to provide personal data in order to use our website. Insofar as we obtain the consent of the person concerned for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as the legal basis. When processing personal data that is required to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR as the legal basis. In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. d GDPR as the legal basis. If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned do not outweigh the first interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR as the legal basis for processing.

Log files

When you access our website, your internet browser automatically transmits data to our web server. This includes browser type and version, operating system used, referring URL, name of the file accessed, amount of data transferred, date and time of access and your IP address. The collection and storage takes place exclusively in an anonymous or pseudonymised form and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you as a natural person. They are stored separately from other data that you enter when using our website. They are only evaluated for statistical purposes.

You can contact us directly using the contact forms on our website. We collect, process, store and use the contact details and information you provide via the form exclusively for processing your specific request. A transfer to third parties does not take place.


If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter . Further data is not collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
